Thanksgiving Dinner Cleaned up and Out Comes Christmas!

We love this time of the year! The girls begged for me to set up Christmas the entire month of November. Of course I told them, no way...we need to stop and take time to reflect on what we are indeed thankful for during this season and enjoy being around and focusing on family. But, as soon as the Thanksgiving dinner dishes are cleaned and the leftovers are tossed into the refrigerator, watch out because I'm dragging out the Christmas boxes from the attic!

It took about two days, but we were able to put up our three Christmas trees, hang the garland across the mantle, along the entire staircase and put up the lights outside, and when it was all done, we stood back and said, "Ah! Oh!" Ron was especially happy because this year he put all LED lights outside on the house and yard. The LED lights have come a long way since a few years ago. Now, they actually look like a colorful pretty light. Good choice, I am glad we switched over to LED outside.
