This Thursday the moving company will be bringing our belongings! The last time I saw our belongings was May 30th! I look forward to being in a home, where we can all have a little area to relax. A place where I can cook meals again, wash clothes, and just be a busy family!
I think the most exciting for all of us, is to stop living out of a duffel bag! This past month, we have lived in so many different homes I don't think I can keep them all straight. I am going to try....we have lived at Grandma and Grandpa Carpenter's, a villa in Disney World, Camp Takula, Camp Zarahemla, Grandma and Grandpa Avery's, Lake Wenatchee lake house, and Ron has been living in a hotel near work...while the girls and I live about 35 minutes out of town.
I look forward to being a family again this Thursday! I also look forward to purchasing a lot and begin building our home so we can have a permanent address and a new ward family.
The home has a wide front porch the entire length of the front of the home. On the side by the laundry room, there is another porch. In the back yard, there is another porch that runs the length of the home! Absolutely perfect for an area that has almost perfect weather. This is a dry climate, no humidity, warm during the day (80's & 90's) and in the evening it cools off to the 60's. There are fruit trees on the property and grape vines. There is a ton of lawn, which Ron is so happy he never needs to cut because the landlord has wrapped the price of yard maintenance into rent. The home has a cottage feeling to it.
The maple trees are blocking the front of the home. There are three windows on the second floor.
