All summer we played, explored, swam, and tried to have fun. As much fun as we could trying to take our minds off of moving to Washington. We each missed Texas, our friends and grandparents. Each day, someone was crying. On the hard days we lifted each other up and tried to smile, laugh and make the best of the day.
Grandpa Avery always finding cucumbers and delcious vegetables in his garden.
Ron home from his new job after a long day!
A bee in flight.
Seems all summer long, there was a wildfire somewhere in Eastern Washington. We took these photos of a fire that began by a lightening strike just outside of Richland.
Missing Texas BBQ, we stopped in for some BBQ in Ellensburg, WA with my brother Todd and family. The BBQ was alright, just not Texas BBQ.
