Christmas Eve Snow Fun in Grandview!

Grandma and Grandpa Avery had 3 inches of snow fall on the night of December 23rd.  On the morning of the 24th, there was still snow and some fresh snow too.  We drove the girls down to Grandview so they could see some real snow, not just a thin layer of snow.  We had a blast! We had a snowball fight with Grandpa and we build three snowmen.  The girls were amazed that you could roll a ball of snow, into a HUGE snowball.  The things these newbies are learning! :)

Before we left to go home, we took a few turns sledding down the driveway.  It looks lame, but to beginners, it was just the right slope.  Hopefully before winters end, we will get these girls out on a BIG hill!
